Ages and Ages Bio:
Born from a period of global upheaval and profound personal loss, the album Fine Thanks and You by Ages and Ages explores the “worlds behind the wall” of polite conversation. Songwriter and vocalist Tim Perry channeled existential reflections on agency and mortality into music, often finding an unlikely creative canvas in the neutral sterility of big box stores. Recorded between Trash Treasury and Friendly Ghost studios with producer Cameron Spies, the project reached its final form with the addition of vocalist Mira Stanley, who has since become a permanent member of the band. Inspired by the poetry of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, the record serves as a “signal fire” in shadowy times, aiming to foster deep, soulful connections through its vivid imagery and searching, yet grounded, sonic landscape.
